Strategy Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will also monitor and identify current and emerging trends in Chinese consumer behavior and best marketing practices. A good understanding of digital marketing, social media and/or of the travel industry in China will be regarded favorably. The position requires a solid understating of digital marketing and excellent communication skills.


  • Formulate overall project strategy and accomplish the schemes according to domestic and international clients’ requirements

  • Customer relationship maintenance, explore potential projects and ensure high quality of service

  • Maintain and establish customer relationships, guide clients' potential demands and provide professional services

  • Good at teamwork

  • Collect, interpret, and analyze relevant information on the market, clients, and competitive products

  • Regularly collect and interpret relevant industry trends and cases, optimize solutions and provide market / industry insights

  • Daily communication and maintenance of client base, explore clients’ demands

  • Coordinate and plan project communication, including creative, proposals and implementation

  • Accomplish relevant tasks as assigned by the company

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above; Overseas study experience is preferred, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

  • Familiar with digital marketing and social media operation; Experience in advertising and media communication is preferred

  • Good capability of planning, PPT creation and writing skills

  • Good learning capacity and leadership skills, have a sense of responsibility, and willing to learn and innovate

  • Good communication capacity and coordination skills, resilient

  • Familiar with the digital marketing demands of domestic / international cultural tourism clients is preferred

  • Have the overall project planning ability, good communication, coordination and adaptability; Have certain negotiation skills and proposal ability; Ability to picture the implemented project – strength in communication, understanding and ability to clearly elaborate the core of the client's brand, then follow up and improve according to clients’ requirements in the implementation of the scheme; Carefully and reasonably control the project timeline and progress, and manage clients’ expectations
