Dragon Trail’s Market Development Director Andres Rodriguez will attend the official closing event for the Year of Kazakhstan Tourism in China as a guest of honor, delivering a presentation on Chinese travel sentiment and behaviors in 2024.
Held in Almaty to conclude the Year of Kazakhstan Tourism in China, the event will also feature speakers from the Chinese and Kazakh tourism ministries, Chinese OTA Tongcheng, Air Astana, and regional tourism boards in Kazakhstan. Andres will present Dragon Trail’s research on Chinese travel sentiment, as well as an overview of Chinese tourism to Kazakhstan, and Kazakhstan’s presence on Chinese social media and online travel platforms.
The aim of the event is to create a platform for dialogue, exchange of ideas, and strategies aimed at deepening tourism ties and opening up new horizons of cooperation. This Forum will provide a unique opportunity to discuss the results of the Year of Tourism and explore the prospects for future joint projects.
