Dragon Trail to Speak at VIR Online Innovation Days

Dragon Trail’s Managing Director – EMEA, Roy Graff will join a dedicated session on China as part of 2018’s VIR Online Innovation Days in Berlin on 20 June. The VIR Online Innovation Days are an annual event for the tourism industry, held over two days each June in Berlin. The second day of this year’s event is a conference around VIR’s 2018 motto: “new markets, new chances”. The morning lectures will all be on the topic of China, and Roy Graff will present on “The Chinese Traveler’s Digital Journey,” looking at the digital tools that a Chinese tourist uses from the inspiration phase through to research, booking and in-destination activities.

Other China-related lectures during the VIR Online Innovation Days include “Lessons for Travel Innovation from China’s Digital Ecosystem,” from the Head of Research at Kairos Future; “Integration of Alipay and WeChat Pay at Munich Airport” from the airport’s Director of Marketing & Sales; and “How to Succeed as an European Start-up on the Chinese Market” from the CEO & Co-Founder of Eatwith.
