Tripshow Video Marketing Competition Now Open For Entries

Video is the most vivid and powerful platform to share the experience of travel, and its ability to inspire and reach people on an emotional level makes it a valuable tool for tourism marketing. That’s why Travel Daily and Dragon Trail Interactive are launching the 2017 Tripshow Video Marketing Competition to find the best, most innovative travel video of the year.

The competition is open to all travel brands, from startups to publicly listed travel companies, and the winning entries will be shown at the Travel Daily Conference in Shanghai on the 13th of September. This is China’s most important travel conference, with an audience of 1,200 professionals, and the winning entries will also receive exposure from Travel Daily and nearly 30 other authoritative media partners. In addition to this invaluable exposure, the finalists will also have the opportunity to meet investment institutions, and to get advice from product experts and top investors.

Entrants are asked to prepare a 1-3 minute professionally produced video aimed at promoting a travel brand or product, and submit it before the 22nd of August, 2017.  The videos will them be reviewed by a panel of industry leaders and professionals from public listed companies, taking into account innovation, brand exposure, marketing coverage and commercial value. Together with the votes from our official voting channel, Tripshow app/H5 (open from 7-30 August), the judges will select 4-5 finalists. The finalists will be announced on the 1st of September, and the selected teams will be invited to present their work at the Travel Daily Conference on the 13th of September. Special awards will be given at the conference for the Best Creative Marketing Video and the Most Popular Marketing Video. 

Entry details
Entrants should send an original, professionally produced video (please do not use personal videos, to avoid any potential copyright disputes), video introduction, marketing channel used and results (no more than 250MB) to videomarketing@traveldaily.cn before 22nd Aug.
