Job Description

As Account Manager (AM), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts. You should possess strong leadership to lead junior staff and manage creative processes. Being able to confidently take on all work challenges with a positive attitude is important. You will be involved from conceptualising of strategies and to implementation and evaluation. Experience running integrated campaigns with emphasis on interactive is a plus. The breath of portfolio and solutions we offer our clients is expansive, and is a real challenge.

The successful candidate will work closely with important clients as well as with our internal operational teams. He/she should also have a reasonable understanding of digital marketing and social media in China. Previous experience in the travel industry will be a big bonus. Any experience working in an online marketing/SEO capacity or marketing role will also be an advantage.


  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Managing junior digital marketing team and creative processes
  • Managing the updating and localization of web content for the Chinese market
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients
  • Conducting online research and market planning
  • Collecting detailed statistics about our social media accounts and carrying out analysis and reporting
  • Managing social media campaigns to increase fan base
  • Improving internal workflow processes

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant working experience in Account Management
  • Digital or Integrated communications/marketing experience
  • Good understanding of social media in China
  • Background in PR & communications, advertising and marketing industries
  • Previous experience in the travel industry will be a big bonus
  • Strong interest in social media & communications, and a “can-do” attitude
  • Detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
  • Ability to self-prioritize work streams and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Online marketing background in SEO, SEM, CPC and/or CPA based activities will also be an advantage
  • Computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Powerpoint, Adobe design suite an advantage
  • Good grasp of English language both written and spoken
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin)
