George Cao leads the Dragon Trail team with more than 20 years of experience in the travel and technology industries in China and in America. An accomplished entrepreneur, George previously co-founded two travel meta-search engines, including Mountain View, California based Search Party and Beijing based Go10000.com. Previously in Silicon Valley, George worked for WorldRES, one of the early B2B hotel distribution platforms and Talus Solutions, a leading revenue management solutions company based in Mountain View, California and Atlanta Georgia.
As a recognized expert in digital marketing and Chinese outbound tourism, George is often interviewed by the media and invited to speak at international conferences. He holds a master’s degree in hospitality management from Ithaca, New York based Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration and speaks Chinese and English.

With over 10 years of experience in China’s tourism industry, Hui Li has worked for traditional tour operators as well as online travel businesses. Prior to joining Dragon Trail Interactive, Hui Li was General Manager of e-commerce at China International Travel Service (CITS), one of China’s leading travel agencies. She was responsible for the development of e-commerce systems and the implementation of e-commerce operations at CITS headquarters, which included the digital integration of more than 20 subsidiaries located across China.
In 2000 Hui Li joined CYTS Online, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Youth Travel Service (CYTS), another major state owned travel agency in China. During her time with CYTS, Hui Li was responsible for product development and operations at aoyou.com, a joint venture between CYTS and Cendant. Hui Li holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Lanzhou University and a diploma in knowledge management from Peking University.

Ligang is responsible for overseeing Dragon Trail Interactive’s IT department including new product development, R&D and a team of 15 software engineers. Recently promoted from the position of Product Innovation Manager,Ligang brings to the company over 8 years of experience in the tech industry and his development expertise in multi-device and cross-platform systems.
Prior to joining Dragon Trail, Ligang worked as a senior engineer for China’s top tech companies including WeChat’s parent company Tencent and smartphone maker Xiaomi, where he was in charge of developing solid infrastructure systems to ensure the availability of high traffic websites with over 100 million daily visits.
Ligang holds a master degree in computer software and theory from Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi’an.

Qing Chen manages Dragon Trail’s Shanghai office, and oversees the company's critical travel trade relationships in China. Qing Chen has more than 20 years of experience in the online travel industry in China and in Germany. During his career, he has successfully assisted multiple foreign companies enter the Chinese market. Prior to Dragon Trail, Qing Chen established a China presence for HanseMerkur, Germany’s second oldest health insurance provider, and for Hotelzon, Finland’s leading online travel agency.
Qing Chen led operations at 4Oceans, one of China’s earliest travel distribution companies later acquired by Blackstone. He was the first General Manger of China for Hotel Reservation System (HRS), one of Germany’s leading online travel agencies. Qing Chen holds a bachelor’s degree in German literature from Tianjin’s Foreign Language University and a master’s degree in German literature from Germany’s Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich. Qing Chen has spent over ten years working and studying in Germany and is fluent in Chinese, German, and English.

Yongliang is general manager of the company's Xi’an office, where most of Dragon Trail’s R&D activities are carried out. Managing the project delivery and product innovation teams, Yongliang provides support and guidance to the creative development and product management processes.
Having extensive experience in China’s internet industry, Yongliang started his careers as a web designer, and had progressively worked as product and project managers for a number of internet companies in China. He was a senior product manager for Sino-I Technology Limited, a Hong Kong listed e-commerce and IT management provider in China. Trained as an expert in SEO, he has developed strategies to achieved high rankings on Chinese search engine Baidu for some of the most competitive keywords. Yongliang has a track record as an entrepreneur and, in 2008 he founded a B2C e-commerce company that sell cosmetics to Chinese affluent consumers. Yongliang Ren holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Chang’an University.

Roy Graff brings over 20 years of experience working in and with China in the tourism, hospitality, luxury retail and digital marketing sectors, where he held a series of executive roles in business development, marketing, distribution, sales and e-commerce. Roy is the author of the book “China, the Future of Travel” published in 2015 and frequently serves as a media commentator and public speaker at leading travel and tourism conferences.
Prior to joining Dragon Trail, Roy has provided strategic advice and market entry support, as MD of ChinaContact which he founded in 2005, to some of the most trusted travel organisations including Skyscanner, VisitBritain, PromPeru, Eurostar, Tourism Ireland, Peninsula Hotels and Resorts among many others. In the early 2000s he spearheaded Gullivers Travel Associate’s development of the independent travel business in China in the early days of Chinese outbound tourism.
Roy has a bachelor’s degree in Chinese and Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London and is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
